Fire Smoke Exhaust and High-Temperature Duty
Smoke exhaust duty requires the fan to keep running in hot flue gas, which places clear requirements on blade material, motor temperature class and balancing accuracy.
Key configuration
- Blade material: LM6 cast aluminium (aviation grade), suitable for smoke exhaust up to 400 °C
- High-temperature motors: 250 °C/1 h, 300 °C/2 h, 400 °C/1 h available
- Balancing: ISO 1940-1 G6.3, can be upgraded to G4.0
- Performance testing: air volume and pressure curves established to GB/T 1236 or AMCA 210
- Other material options: GRP (-40 to +70 °C), GRN nylon 66 (-40 to +150 °C)
About fire certification
SINDFAN supplies impellers as bare components; CCCF and similar fire product certifications are obtained by the fan manufacturer on the basis of whole-unit testing. We provide selection performance curves and technical support to help customers complete unit certification.
