Mine Contra-Rotating Auxiliary Fan Unit D630 - Development
Developed in-house for auxiliary ventilation of coal mine development headings: a D630 two-stage contra-rotating auxiliary fan unit supplied with a 600 mm gauge rail-wheel chassis so the whole unit can be moved along the underground roadway.

- Drive: 2 x 18.5 kW motors, direct shaft-head drive, narrow hub with no inter-stage barrel
- Impeller material: 6061 / A356 cast aluminium, or Q345 steel plate press-formed and welded on both sides
- Explosion-proof features: two H62 brass wear rings, tip clearance 1.5-2 mm per side
- Unit weight: approx. 947 kg with cast aluminium impellers

- Ø800 duct: 600-800 m steady, up to 1000 m
- Ø600 duct: 250-300 m steady
Supplied as a unit with the rail-wheel chassis at 600 mm gauge for mechanised transport in underground roadways.
